Birdwatching is included in all tour programs at Yasuní Ecolodge and can be enjoyed during different activities such as jungle walks, canoe rides, and visits to observation towers.

Guests may observe a remarkable diversity of Amazonian birds, including toucans, parrots, macaws, tanagers, woodpeckers, herons, and kingfishers. With some luck, visitors may also spot monkeys or other wildlife while exploring the forest.

Yes. We recommend bringing binoculars for a better viewing experience. Our guides have binoculars and telescopes during the excursions; in addition, if you would like to have binoculars for personal use during your stay, it is possible to rent them at the lodge, subject to availability.
